Training for multipliers

On  multiplicators’ trainings and also on multiplicators’ learning groups the method of social learning is used. It is a method used in group work, where every participant is a teacher and learner at the same time.  Group members learn from their manuals, books and other materials and also from their own and each other good experiences.
